+ Covid Policies
New in-office guidelines for Happy Healthy Life during the COVID-19 pandemic
What you can expect from me:
I will not be coming in to provide sessions if showing any signs or symptoms of Covid-19, and will be checking my temperature daily prior to shifts starting.
I will always wear a mask and use gloves when appropriate. As always, hand washing/sanitizing will be done prior to treatment and before re-entry to the room to remove needles.
Hand sanitizer will be provided in the reception area for patient use.
I will use contactless payments as usual. No cash at this time.
As usual, client check out and rebooking will be done in the treatment room.
I have removed blankets and cushions for ease of cleaning and sanitation purposes.
What I ask of you:
If you do have any risks, please book your appointment the first appointment of the day.
Please enter and exit the office wearing a mask and sanitize hands upon entry AFTER putting keys and phone away.
Do a Symptom check at time of booking and before session starts. If you are showing any symptoms, please cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice if possible.
If someone is taking/picking you up, they need to wait in their car until you are finished.
Should you have any questions or concerns or special needs in addition to any of these, please, do not hesitate to reach out.

+ Cancellations and Late Arrivals
Things happen that are out of our control. Aside from emergencies that do happen,a 24-hour cancellation notification is required. Other patients who are in need of treatment will be grateful to take your session. After the second cancellation with less than 24-hours notification, the patient will be charged full price for the session.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are going to be late to your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment due to the nature of acupuncture and time for treatment. It will depend on the practitioner's schedule if the appointment can still accommodated.
